In the Training & Tickets Survey, 94% of workers agreed that an Offshore Training Passport to standardise training where possible would reduce costs and duplication faced by workers.
We worked with North East MSP Mercedes Villalba to create a motion in the Scottish Parliament for other MSPs to show their support for an Offshore Training Passport as a worker-led demand for the energy transition.
After holding multiple meetings with MSPs and sharing worker stories about training issues, the motion received support from members of every political party in the Scottish Parliament.
