The Skills and Post-16 Education Bill provided an opportunity to make the Offshore Training Passport happen with amendments lodged by Caroline Lucas MP.
The amendments were voted down this time but with Labour, Liberal Democrat and Green support there is potential to come back once more. We continue to push MPs from all political parties to support the Offshore Training Passport demand.
