Through our previous conversations with workers, it was clear that training and tickets were a major issue for oil and gas workers, both in working today and in an energy transition.
A new survey of 610 workers on training issues set out these issues including huge costs, duplication and unreasonable expectations from employers.
Our briefing on the results was shared with members of the Scottish and UK Parliament and other key government agencies.
